Sooqqi is a SaaS platform that enables individuals and businesses to create and manage link-in-bio pages, QR landing pages, and digital business profiles.

2) Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for accurate account information and credential security. You may not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

3) Content and Public Pages

You are solely responsible for links and content published to your public pages, including QR and digital profile pages. We may remove or disable content that violates law or these Terms.

4) Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by supported payment providers, including HyperPay where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

5) Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to distribute malware, phishing links, unlawful content, or conduct that harms platform security or users. Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated.

6) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooqqi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
